There were picnic tables and all in all, a truly surprising dam. The water is flowing at a rapid pace and it does look like a waterfall from afar. The Dam is right in the middle of the Texas/Oklahoma border. To see the "waterfall" up close you have to be in the Oklahoma side. Really nice stop to take photos and relax for a bit. .
